Bonus Activity: Sweet Tooth
My favourite dessert is Choc Bar Ice Cream on a stick.
Ingredients
- Plain Ice Creame 1/2 kg (how to make plain ice cream( see http://recipewithsonal.blogspot.in/2014/05/plain-ice-cream.html) 1/2 kg
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Chocolate powder 1 tbsp
- Coco powder 1 tsp
- Coffee 1/4 tsp
Directions
- Pour the plain ice cream in to kulfi moulds and let them cool down to room temperature
- Take a pan add butter .
- Mix all the powder in to butter melt them in low flame.
- Add the mixer into the kulfi and freeze it for 10 mintue
- Demould the chocobar and serve it.
