My New Zealand Minibeast Report

We have been learning about 'minibeasts' in class as part of science. We have been creating information reports on a minibeast of our choice. The minibeast we chose had to live in Aoteroa/NZ. Here is my writing.I worked with Charlie.

  1. Kia ora Hamish and Charlie. I have very much enjoyed reading your very informative article on the life of the Dragonfly. I love how I continue to increase my knowledge on subjects that you are learning about also. I have learnt many new facts about this subject. It was interesting to read how that the life cycle is similar to that of the frog. Also, to learn that Dragonflies bite!! In the future, I will be sure not to disturb their habitats. Another interesting fact presented here is that it is a wild world out there for the Dragonfly with the threat of global warming and the many predators lurking around looking for food. I really like how you have included interesting pictures as well as te reo within your writing. Mahi pai te kapa - good team work guys. Robyn
