Week 2 Day 3 Part 1

Watching videos helps me relax because then I focus on them instead of what makes me stressed.

    It is great to read that you have a strategy to use when you are stressed! Well done! Watching a relaxing or funny video definitely helps me to get my mind off things too.

    I know that sometimes when I am stressed, I like to drive to this place in Auckland called 'Cascade Falls' and take a big bush walk to the waterfall. Once I get to the waterfall I like to sit beside that waterfall and write about all the things that are on my mind in my journal. For me, being able to talk about things that make me stressed helps me a lot. Sometimes I even get some advice from my friends and family and it takes a weight off my shoulders.

    I wonder what else someone could do if they didn't have any internet and wasn't able to watch videos? Can you think of some other strategies people can use to deal with stress?
