What great thinking! You have thought of some big picture solutions. You are very right. If the prices for food, clothing and water were lowered, more people would be able to afford to buy these things.
I know that I am good at making arts and crafts like little bookmarks. I would probably create a small stall selling bookmarks that I have made and give my money to the families who need it most. What is a strength that you have and can use to help others? It could be something that you are good at doing!
